Your mix-up of no/yes is funny since I just realized that I had Colin Firth listed under “things that turn me off.” Noooooooooooooooo, quite the contrary! Had to edit quickly.

2. What is your least favorite word? “Can’t.”
3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually, or emotionally? “Evidence of potential that is found in unlikely places.”
4. What turns you off? “Arrogance. Entitlement. Attitudes of superiority.”
5. What is your favorite curse word? “Son-of-a-bitch.”
6. What sound or noise do you love? I have to agree with Kelli on this one: “Kenneth Branaugh speaking Shakespeare. But I’ll add: Springsteen’s guitar.”
7. What sound or noise do you hate? “Hearing people eat. I despise the KitKat commercial where people are crunching on candy bars. My skin crawls.”
8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? “A photographer (but I sort of do that already, only not professionally.)

1. Juxtaposition. It's fun to say.

2. Y'all. It grates me. And I live in the south, so I'm constantly grated.

3. Smart conversation. Button down shirts. Witty comebacks.

4. Tardiness. Jealousy. Refusal to take responsibility.

5. "Jackass." Though I do like "Son of a bitch" for the same reasons Billy Bob Thornton does: so many places to put that emphasis.

6. Rapid typing on a keyboard. Smart people speaking Aaron Sorkin dialog. Pasta boiling. A well-timed pun.

7. Cellphones ringing in public (message tones are fine, but not the actual ringing).

8. Butlering. I would like to buttle.

9. Work at an aquarium. (I have a thing about fish. And aquariums.)

10. "I bet you're surprised to find me here. Lucky for you, I like snarky jackasses."
